Close to the coastal paths and beaches, 1.8 km from the beach of St Pierre, and 2.8 km from the large beach, has all the assets for you to keep an unforgettable memory of your vacations in Morbihan!
Nestled in a quiet green area, it offers a large wooden terrace facing south equipped with its garden furniture (outdoor dining table with comfortable armchairs), a swing, 4 deckchairs, an American gas barbecue, a ping-pong table, a heated swimming pool from the Easter vacations until September and a garden of 1250 m² closed.
This spacious house can accommodate up to 12 people and has all the necessary comforts for a successful vacation!
The accommodation: With a surface of 148 m², the house is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
a large bright living room with lounge, wood fireplace, which can be used in winter, a large TV screen, an open dining room that can accommodate 10 guests a living room with contemporary furniture and quality, a large wooden terrace facing south with for the beautiful days equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs and a barbecue, you can enjoy the garden of 1250 m² with heated pool of 8.50 m x 4.40 m for maximum relaxation overlooking the countryside without vis à vis! 2 bicycles are at the disposal of the tenants.
- a double bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom with a double shower and corner bath, separate toilet,
- a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishes, etc),
First floor:
- Three large and very comfortable double bedrooms, two equipped with a bed of 160, the third equipped with a bed of size 140 and a single bed, A sofa bed for an extra bed for 2 people is available in the mezzanine space.A bathroom with shower and individual basin, separate toilet,
Everything is gathered to spend very beautiful vacations!
Bed linen and towels provided, beds will be made upon arrival!
Starter kit oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee capsules, tea, herbal teas, dishwashing liquid, sponge, toilet paper, paper towels provided for the beginning of your stay.
WiFi, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, everything is there you just have to enjoy your vacations!
For the children: High chair at disposal.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.
2 bicycles are available for the tenants.
The swimming pool is heated from Easter (depending on the weather) until September 30th, the water temperature is greatly influenced by the weather conditions and we cannot guarantee the temperature and use. Child safety: closing with cover and alarm.

Located 2 km from the beaches, with a country air with a view of a field, and nearby an oyster park accessible to visitors. Numerous trails for bicycle enthusiasts! A market every Tuesday & Saturday, as well as a night market in the summer season.
It is located 30 minutes by car from the city of Vannes (SNCF train station) and 20 minutes from Auray (SNCF train station from Paris), Carnac or La Trinité sur Mer which are about 15 minutes by car. mat e breizh!
