Our home is located within minutes of San Diego's best visitor attractions. You can see SeaWorld, Point Loma, the Harbor and so much more, right from the balcony. If you decide to walk, 10 minutes and you are in San Diego's Old Town and some of the best Mexican restaurants in town or you can pull your car out of the garage and take a quick ride to Gaslamp, Mission beach, Pacific beach, La Jolla, Hillcrest and the list goes on.

The space

Our home is a split level with the two bedrooms and two baths. We like to advise all our guests that they will be using steps to access the home and bedrooms. On the main level are the open concept Kitchen and living room facing the ocean so you can have a view where ever you sit. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with all you need for your visit from soap to deodorant. The bedrooms are warm and cozy. Our linens are replaced after every visit along with fresh towels and snacks.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire home and the balcony. There is tandem parking for you with one space in the garage. Our location is secure with exterior locked gates and ensures you plenty of privacy.

Interaction with guests

My name is Daniel and I will be hour host, I will contact you for final arrangements and if all goes as planned meet you at our home. Don't worry if you are scheduled to arrive late, we can make arrangements for you. I am available by phone or text, 24 hours (or something close to that) to help you with any issues, advise and conversation. Oh and if you opt for the conversation, be prepared to sit down because I can talk your ear off. I have lived in San Diego since 1998 and love my city and it's rich history and people. I have a wealth of knowledge of the city so feel free to ask.
