Pet friendly, lakefront cape cod style home located at the end of Tradewind Terrace in the Mountain View Shores community, closest to channel marker W-1.
Lots of charm, nooks & crannies!
The main level of the home offers the kitchen, with walk-in pantry and 2nd fridge/freezer, living room plus bedroom with queen bed.
Follow the stairway upstairs where you'll find a bedroom & a flex room (1 with a king and the other with 2 twin) and a bathroom.
Lower level offers a family room, bedroom (with queen bed) and bathroom. The lower level has direct access to the lakeside patio, complete with outdoor seating, fire pit and nice views of the water. There's also a gas grill available for use.
Follow the brick walkway to the party deck-another great space for an outdoor meal! There's also a floater (1) for boat tie-up (located opposite side of the boat house), and electricity & lights at the dock.

MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORES is a lovely development with many year-round homes, it features a private boat ramp area where you may park your boat trailer for the duration of your stay.It has paved roads and central water system.Ideal for walkers and joggers.Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake.The land was originally owned by the Appalachian Power Company (which owns the lake) and a group of 10 investors from Bedford bought the land from the Power Company in the late 1970's and developed the subdivision comprised of over 400 lots, offering the land for sale one section per year, selling out in 4 years.
