This well presented designer home is laid out over two levels with magnificent views over Oneroa Bay to the Hauraki Gulf. The property is perfect for family groups, featuring a bedroom/lounge/kitchen or kitchenette layout on each of the floors – a total of three bedrooms, two large living spaces and two and half bathrooms.
You enter onto the top floor, which has a large open plan living area, with a designer kitchen, comfortable living area & dining table. Bi-fold doors open onto the deck, which has stunning views over the bay. With options for indoor or outdoor dining, this is a great place for a relaxed meal as the sun goes down!
Also on the top level is the master bedroom with luxurious king bed, ensuite and a generous walk-in wardrobe.
The ground floor has a further lounge and kitchenette, plus bathroom (bath and shower) and the further two bedrooms. This downstairs lounge opens out to a second outside seating area, from which you can wander to the beach through the gated entrance.
