We do our best to keep the hottub in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise

If you plan to use the BBQ and/or firepit we recommend checking the propane levels upon arrival. In the even they need to be filled we ask that you fill them and send us a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you.
