On the ground floor there is the living room and the closed kitchen. There is also a spacious bedroom with good quality twin beds, bathroom with bath and toilet.
Through French windows, you access the covered terrace overlooking the pool and the countryside. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, one with bunk beds, another with two single beds and the third bedroom is spacious with a large double bed. Each room has its own bathroom.
In the living room with its large fireplace, there is a satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo. Of course, you have internet connection. The kitchen has a 5 burner stove and is well equipped. A large American refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, coffee maker and toaster.
Outside
The total area of the land is about 7000m2. The covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue has a panoramic view of the fields and gives access to the pool (8x5)
Domain of wood. In front of the house there is a large expanse of lawn and you have a view of the valley. Endless walks in the woods and plenty of space for children where they can play safely. On both sides of the house there are shady places.

The castle of Milhac located on the edge of the village is worth the detour. Through a pedestrian path you can reach the castle and the neighboring church. Milhac is about 20 km south of Sarlat, one of the most famous cities of Périgord. The Dordogne where you can swim is only 5 km away.
