Summary: The staff was friendly and very helpful. It’s not terrible for the price but here are some things to know and what could be improved: There are no elevators to get to the second floor. The hall carpets are stained, several things are taped as though painting was just done but they have been like that for over a year, the comforters are awful as the stuffing is squished into clumps within the stitching, the fridge in room is tiny to make it almost unhelpful at all, and an extra room key requires a $20 deposit. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. They even have toys and balls there for kids to play with. Overall, it’s a cheap price for a reason, but it’s better than most hotels at the same price point.
