The second and third floor of the house (part of a three story building) is rented by Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach so you have all of the comforts of staying at a large resort while enjoying a private home. Registered guests of the cottage will have use of the indoor heated pool, a 20-foot long hot tub with a waterfall, wireless internet, a fitness room and computers with Internet access in the lobby, and of course you are only steps from beautiful Wells Beach.
General Description: Have all the conveniences of home while on vacation. This two-story home features an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with fireplace and gourmet kitchen. The second story has hardwood flooring throughout, while the bathrooms are all tiled.
Bed & Bath: There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second level has a king bed, twin bed and 42' LCD TV. Down the hall you will find a spacious master bath with a rain shower, two sinks and large linen closet. The second level also has an additional half bath located off of the pantry. The third floor has two bedrooms, one of which has two queen sized beds, the other with a double/twin bunk and twin with trundle.
Policy: The cottage has cable TV, and a grill. Bed linens and kitchen utensils are included. Guests must bring their own toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc). Two free parking spots are available, additional vehicles will be required to pay an additional charge to park in an overflow lot. There are no pets allowed at anytime. Daily housekeeping service is not included but there will be daily trash removal. Check in time is 4pm, check out time is at 11am.
