These 2 charming self contained houses are set up for families but are equally ideal for a couples escape. A typical Kiwi bach experience with the mod cons, of Wi-fi and smart tv for relaxing when you've had enough of the summer heat. This is the perfect escape from the city. You'll have the whole property to yourself, both houses and all the outdoor space that 2 whole families might need. Plenty of parking for the boat.
Please note property water source is a bore and water tank so we do ask guests to use water sparingly as is a precious resource in the peak of summer.
Prior to arrival we will email you the Directions and key location for the property you have booked will be provided to you within 7 days prior to your arrival.
We will prepare everything for your arrival, and leave to your holiday uninterrupted, however we are close by if you have any questions at any time.

The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked. Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.
Please advise at least 2 days prior to your arrival If you require any additional linen changes to avoid any extra costs as per our terms and conditions.
No pets at the property sorry and we are unable to accomodate tents.

Relaxed - the whole Matapouri community is a summer playground, with kids jumping off the bridge into the river. Stalls at the Matapouri hall, walks on grass verges to avoid hot summer road, from the ice-cream parlour back to the beach - or for delicious wood fired pizza on offer in summer season back to the bach. Matapouri Memories is right amongst it in walking distance to it all.
