Charming, newly renovated holiday home in a quiet location in the "Soleil d'OC", part of Pouzols-Minervois.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday, whether it is for a weekend or more in low season or a week or more in high season. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large air-conditioned living room with TV (DVD and FR+NL channels) and a nice equipped and air-conditioned as well kitchen to cook all your favourite dishes.
The above-ground pool with its bubble cover provides ample cooling during the summer heat. You can enjoy a nice view from the terrace and garden lounge.
For your barbecue evenings, a BBQ (gas) is available
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. Please contact the home owner/manager about this before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
