This ultra-modern loft is located at the entrance to Cap Corse in Pietranera. Accessible from a private road, it is part of an estate comprising two other independent properties, each surrounded by a private garden.
It's surrounded by greenery and faces the sea, without overlooking the other properties or the neighborhood. The area is very quiet.
All rooms are equipped with independent air-conditioning for better temperature control.
The loft has high-speed fiber-optic internet access and a sound system in every room and garden to create different atmospheres.

The outside
This loft is a paradise for sea lovers. It's one of the few properties in Corsica to have its own private access to the sea, leading to a cove (ideal for boating and other water sports) and a pebble beach.
The various terraces (on the ground floor, 1st floor and solarium) offer incredible views around the garden and the sea, while preserving individual privacy.
- VILLA PIETRASERENA (8p):
Villa Pietraserena has been completely renovated to a high standard, with its own Pool Bar.
It overlooks the sea and is located 50m from Pietranera beach. A straw hut awaits you for lunch and dinner.
This character villa is the ideal place to spend a wonderful vacation with family, friends and colleagues, with its large terrace shaded by two large plane trees, guaranteeing natural coolness in the height of summer.
All shops are a 5-minute walk away. The area is very quiet.
