The house has an enclosed garden of 850 m2, several terraces, a 7x4m secure swimming pool (open from May to September and heated in season) as well as a pool house: independent studio next to the swimming pool.
Inside the house, 5 bedrooms, one with private bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 WCs, a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room.
