On a fully enclosed plot of land, with a covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, gite with on the ground floor a living room composed of a lounge area / TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with built-in units, a bedroom with a double bed and its large bathroom with beautiful Italian shower and washbasin, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine.
