Summary: We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about this hotel! The location is unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel itself is stunning. Our only minor critique involves the concierge service. While one concierge was helpful and provided some great suggestions, the other primarily relied on internet searches for our requests. While we appreciate the effort, we were hoping for more personalized recommendations and local expertise. Despite this small issue, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
