The house is located at Home Varaville, 3 minutes walk from a large beach lined with dunes and watched the summer. Bakery and Fruits & Vegetables 200m. The center of Cabourg with its shops and the market are nearby 5 minutes by car, and accessible by bike through quiet streets that lead to a bike path.
The spacious garden of 1700 m2 is fenced and has a terrace with barbecue. A ping pong table and a large trampoline are at your disposal for the pleasure of young and old
Less than 1km from the beautiful golf Cabourg part of which is in the dunes near the sea.
Less than 10 minutes by car, or bike path that starts at the foot of the house, Merville Franceville with its huge sandy beach surrounded by dunes. It is also here that there is one of the best Kite-surf spots in the area. Less than an hour from the landing beaches of Omaha Beach. 30 minutes from Deauville.
Possibility of bike rental in 2 shops near the house, by the day or by the week. You can travel by bike during your stay and go for walks in the Marais or join Pégasus Bridge and Ouistreham and even Caen by long bike paths fully equipped.
Ground floor: large fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with lounge and dining room, 1 bathroom, toilet, and 1 bedroom (double bed, 140).
1st floor: 4 bedrooms. 1 suite (bed 160) with its bathroom and toilet. 1 large room with bunk beds. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each with their sink area.
2nd floor: 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a large living room with sofa, TV and foosball. This is the ideal room where children can have their play area and parents stay calm downstairs.
All bedding is new.
