Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Outward appearance of hotel is less than impressive. Room was OK. Although it is right on Rt 27, it was quiet inside. View was great. Beautiful lake.

Negative: Pans. No sauce pans in kitchen. 1 frying pan so badly scratched we were afraid to use it. Only given 1 roll of toilet paper at a time. Ran out twice. Only a little hand soap was given. We ran out. Owner was nice and quickly gave us what we needed, but why not stock up for guests? At this price, you don't expect to run out of necessitates. Mosquitos! This whole area is lakes, beautiful lakes, but the swarms of mosquitoes covered the windows and doors at night and required constant application of repellant.

Summary: Overall, not bad. But fix the little things and this could have been a much better experience.
