“On the Rocks” is a 3 bed, 2 bath LAKE FRONT home with a PRIVATE DOCK, separate loft area, and large windows throughout guaranteeing spectacular views of the lake. We are located in a small, quiet neighborhood only 3 miles to town.
Home sleeps 10. Large deck overlooking the lake with gas grill and outdoor dining area.

The space
Renovation just completed! New paint and all new linens.
Washer and dryer, digital HD cable, & free WIFI for your use.
Living Room:
Features a large flat screen TV and in-wall sound system with bluetooth connectivity to your phone. Dining area is also provided. Most importantly, it has amazing views of the lake! Right outside the living room is a large deck with 6 Adirondack chairs with nearly a 180 degree lake view!
Loft:
That’s right, a separate living area for the kids (or adults :). Features a flat screen TV and 2 twin beds. A full bath adjoins this space.
Kitchen:
All needed cookware, all necessary small and large appliances (including a dishwasher), hightop seating for 2. Outdoor dining area and gas grill are right off of the kitchen as well.
Master Bedroom 1 (downstairs):
Features a king size bed, 600 count linens, and flatscreen TV. Full bath and washer/dryer are just outside in the hall.
Master Bedroom 2 (downstairs):
Features a king size bed and 600 count linens. Full bath and washer/dryer are just outside in the hall.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs):
Features two queen beds and 600 count linens. Full bath is just outside in the hall.
Outdoor Areas:
Dining area with gas grill off the kitchen, large deck off of the living room with 6 Adirondack chairs with nearly a 180 degree lake view, and a private dock with a large sun deck and a 9.5’ x 25’ slip.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house, deck, fire pit, and dock areas.
Other things to note
***Sorry, we do not allow any pets. Must be 24 years old to book.
***We are on a steep grade and if people have any issues with mobility and getting around, getting down to the dock could be difficult. To make this easier, we had a stairway/walkway installed. There are ~7 stairs to get into the house from the driveway.
***Boat trailer parking is allowed in the cul-de-sac as long as you give plenty of room for the neighbor to get to their place. The other option is to leave it in the lot at the public boat ramp which is right across from our dock. If you have multiple trailers/boats, they will need to be in the public lot.
***The water level of the lake is lowered in the fall and winter. If you plan on boating during this time, contact me prior to learn more. Boating is still possible depending on the type of boat you have and the time you visit.
***Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb are available for monthly rental. Contact us for rates.
