Positive: The property and location were beautiful, and Paula went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating, helping us with restaurant bookings and a guided tour.

Negative: It was great to have a fridge, but the door tended to open, not stay shut if you put bottles etc in it so a note to that effect might be helpful in case it's not noticed until too late!
