Summary: Check-in was okay…alittle bit of cold welcome and we really didn’t get a lot of information about the resort that would have been helpful. For the example, no one told us about needing reservations to get to the beach, which would’ve saved me a very long walk. Pool bar was pretty good, but breakfast was just okay and expensive. Pools were nice but none of them were heated. I actually overheard a lot of of guests complaining about the water being freezing. I did think our room was nice and fairly clean.
