Summary: Family owned house with respective interior (if you like personal style with history you will like it). We were introduced by the son of the owners with a quick tour through the house and some earlier entry as planned. It was really very hot during our stay (summer 2023 with temperature going up to 40°C, not really dropping at night) and the house has no air condition. There are fans in all rooms. The house gets really hot, despite keeping all windows (with all shutters closed all day) closed. There are only some windows with fly screens and many mosquitos etc., so airing the house when cooler is limited. Some of the fly screens are with some holes. The location next to the river is outstanding, it's like a private super sized swimming pool 30 seconds from your back door. Extremely beautiful and the main reason to recommend this location and justifying the price of the house (we were there during peak season). With a relatively low investment (install 1 AC in sleeping area, fix and expand fly screens, get a light above the eating table, sort and upgrade a bit kitchen stuff [it's a colorful mix, but again, with history and personal touch, so can be seen positive) this could be turned into a clear 5 star location.
