It's the perfect place if you love water sports, but not only that... Leucate is a picturesque village where you can combine the sea, hiking, relaxation, sightseeing, and gastronomy. Our house is ideally located so that everything is within reach. Please note that cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included in the rental price. Cleaning must be done by each tenant before their departure so that all our future tenants can enjoy a clean and welcoming accommodation. Welcome to our charming little house on the shores of Lake Marin in Port Leucate!
With a breathtaking view of the lake and the Canigou mountain, our accommodation is located in a private residence with shared parking for your convenience. It is equipped with two double beds on the mezzanine level and a sofa bed in the living area, a bathroom with shower, an oven, a plancha grill, a microwave, a washing machine, a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, as well as a TV in the mezzanine and the living room. For your comfort, we have also provided several fans.
We would like to point out that the mezzanine is open and there is no real separating wall.
You can also enjoy our terrace and admire the stunning view of Lake Marin.
Our house is located close to all amenities, including a large grocery store, the "île aux loisirs" (leisure island), a treetop adventure park, and a sailing school, all within a maximum of 5 minutes' walk.
We offer self-check-in for more flexibility and comfort. We also want to inform our future tenants that cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done by each tenant before their departure. We kindly ask you to respect this instruction in order to allow all our future tenants to enjoy a clean and welcoming accommodation.
