Large holiday house with a garden, a playground and a private swimming pool in the wine region of Barsac
This large detached holiday house with a garden is situated in the wine area of Barsac in the countryside along the touristic route of castles and vineyards of Sauternais.
This house, built in 1904 was renovated regarding regional traditional styles and accommodates eight people on 140 m². The holiday house offers three spacious bedrooms, with three double beds (140cm) and two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD-television and DVD-player. A child's cot and a high chair are available. One of the bathrooms boasts a shower, the other one a bathtub. The kitchen is fully loaded. The living room is furnished with sofas and a dining area for eight in front of the fireplace.
The 50 m² covered barbecue area is furnished with a table and chairs. Parking is available in the large courtyard. The ornamental garden boasts a stone bench and table. The enclosed pool is available for our guests to use exclusively. The kids will enjoy the playground with a ping pong table. There is also an outdoor toilet by the playground.
The house can be rented weekly, monthly or just for the weekend. Free wireless internet access is available.
This region is strongly influenced by wine growing and making. You can go wine tasting or visit the castles in the region. Do not miss out on a visit to Bordeaux. The UNESCO world heritage site is about 40 km from the house. Sporting activities in the area include kayaking or canoeing on the river Ciron.
