Summary: Poor Experience – No Hot Water and Bad Communication
We had no hot water for two nights. After three maintenance visits, the tech said he needed a part and never came back. An hour later, the front desk told us it would take 3–5 hours to fix. Since no other double rooms were available, they gave us access to a single room just to shower.
On the last night, we were finally moved, but the new keys didn’t work. The staff member said he didn’t see us in the hallway and just went back downstairs without calling, which made us late for our plans.
To top it off, as we left, a new couple was moving into our old room—which still wasn’t clean and hadn’t been fixed. Overall, very poor communication and service.

Summary: Breakfast was ok. Eggs good. Staff attentive. Ceiling in bathroom room 316 showed previous leak from room above. Peeling . Toilet too low. Only flushed if you held lever entire time. Overall clean. Old hotel. Needs update.

Summary: The pool was closed, the staff was friendly. Room was clean but the AC unit was so loud no one could sleep. Our entire hallway smelled of marijuana as did all entry ways to the hotel both Friday and Saturday. No seemed to care

Summary: Trash on the bathroom floor, the cover for the shower floor was not in place, no tissues, no instructions on how to use the TV, refrigerator was non-functional - in fact it wasn't even plugged in and door was sealed shut, no answer when calling the front desk for 3 MINUTES, the air conditioning was so LOUD that I was unable to sleep. I believe the Hampton Inn owes me a refund! What a dump!!!

Summary: The hotel need renovations done to rooms . Our room had mold spots on the ceiling . The breakfast wasn’t that good . But you front desk staff very polite and tactful
