Positive: The friendliness of the staff, especially when we checked in; the quiet location and the handiness of the location both to the centre of the city and the railway station.

Negative: It's only a small matter but we would have really appreciated glasses or proper cups in the room, especially in the hot dehydrating weather. We were given paper cups on 2 out of the 3 days we stayed but they weren't pleasant or stable to drink from. On the day we had nothing to drink from, one of us struggled to take our daily medication.
