Positive: - The staff has been friendly all the time - The breakfast was delicious - The hotel is very stylish and very well furnished decorated - The rum bar is excellent - The location is great, in a nice area very well connected to the main touristy areas: except in one case, we always took max 1 bus to reach our destinations. - Very nice pool and sauna - Coffee machine and welcome sweets in the room

Negative: - The room was always cold as the heating would be off when you are not in the room. Once the cleaning lady didn’t close the window properly and when we came back on a January evening we almost found penguins 🐧 in our room - When we checked in, we found dirty underwear 🩲 in the wardrobe from a previous guest - There is no common area where you can read a book or have a call without having to take a rum cocktail - The swimming pool was cold - In the morning the drinks were always very slow, as you are not supposed to prepare your own coffee or tea during breakfast

Summary: Very nice, but could be a bit better given the price
