The property is nine acres including a large backyard, a marsh area & pond with a boardwalk leading down to the beachfront. Sit on your own private shore front, or walk minutes down the street to South Shore/Goosewing Beach. Sit with the family on the spacious back porch overlooking the ocean. This 4,000 square foot home has three large bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half baths. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout and large windows that allow plenty of natural light in to the entire home. There is also a front deck, allowing you and guests to enjoy both morning and afternoon light. The living room has a gas fireplace and the three season living area overlooking the pond and ocean. Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and office space. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from two of the bedrooms upstairs, the kitchen and the three season room. There are two stairways by which the second floor can be accessed. The kitchen has been remodeled with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
