The unit also includes cable, high speed internet, and Wi-Fi. The condo unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large open dining/living room, and a screened patio. New laminate flooring was installed winter of 2017 in the living area, dining room. New ceramic tiles were also installed in both bathrooms, kitchen and foyer.
