Quiet and very close to the Arceaux and Peyrou district, facing a wooded park.
This historic sector of Montpellier is organized around the Arceaux Aqueduct. It seduces for its village atmosphere with its market its shops its restaurants its local services.
Perfectly served by line 3 of the tramway along avenue de Lodève, it has the advantage of hosting a renowned market of regional and organic products, shops along Boulevard des Arceaux and rue Marioge, and swimming pool.
Organic and local market 2 minutes every Tuesday and Saturday.
Very quick access to the school of agriculture, the Faculty of Pharmacy, and the MBS business school.
