On the first floor of the duplex apartment,a study, a double bedroom (queen size bed), a bathroom (double sink and walk-in shower), a toilet, a large living room, an open kitchen opening onto a terrace from which stairsgo down to the courtyard with small pool. On the second floor of the duplex apartment, another bedroom (queen size bed), a bathroom (bath, shower and double sink), a toilet,an open sitting room with convertible sofa anda view over the village roofs,the Old Village and, in the distance, the Saint-Sixte chapel, the Luberon and the Ventoux.
When only the duplex apartment is rented, the downstairs flat is unavailable for privacy reasons.
The courtyard features a shaded terrace with dining table and chairs, deckchairs and recliners, and an outdoor kitchenette with sink, electric plancha and barbecue. The pool is equipped with counter-current swimming and secured by an alarm. A fence can also be installed for more security when young children are staying. On request, and at extra cost, the pool can be heated in May/June and September.
