The house is situated in a small hamlet and has a huge garden, with abundant wildlife with an orchard, in a peaceful setting on the edge of the Parc National du Perche. Plenty of parking, including covered parking for two vehicles.
Arrou is a small village, 2 minutes from the house with the usual facilities - bank, pharmacy, boulangerie, patisserie, hairdresser, mini supermarket and petrol station, train station (2 hours to Paris)etc. The are many other beautiful villages and small towns nearby with good shopping (both the usual range of chain stores and supermarkets along with fabulous local butchers, bakers and the like)
