The Space:
The open main living area connects the living room, dining space, and kitchen, so everyone can stay together while cooking, relaxing, or planning the day. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light make it a welcoming spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Ceiling fans throughout and central air conditioning keep things cool in every season.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to a full dinner in, with stainless steel appliances, generous stone countertops, a tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar with seating. A separate dining area offers room to gather around the table for meals together.

Primary bedroom: [King] bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a glass walk-in shower.

Note:
Trailers, Boats, and other commercial vehicles are prohibited on the property.
Pets are NOT allowed. If unauthorized pets are brought into the property there will be a $500 fine assessed and you will be asked to immediately leave with no refund.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Strollers and high chairs are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
For any stays over 60 days we require an additional $100 cleaning fee. This will be charged to you after booking. Failure to pay the additional fee prior to check in can result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
Guest Access:
You will have to climb stairs to reach the home (it's a short climb!). You can check in anytime via your secure electronic code.
The Neighborhood:
You're in the coveted Barnes Plantation community on St. Simons Island, the heart of Georgia's Golden Isles, with its signature canopy of live oaks and laid-back coastal charm. From here you're a short drive to the island's beaches, the shops and restaurants of Pier Village, the historic St. Simons Lighthouse and Neptune Park, golf, biking and walking trails, and Fort Frederica National Monument. Brunswick and the causeway to the mainland are an easy drive as well. The best part - you can walk right across the street to Red Fern Village and enjoy some great food, live music and libations.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
