Located in a prime position on the exclusive Matiatia Estate, minutes from Oneroa, this architecturally designed house is perfectly positioned to make the most of the stunning views and the all day sun. It sits in 10 acres of land, and a 5 minute walk gives access to a secluded bay.
Nikau Estate is a beautiful house in a tranquil setting. This is ideal for a peaceful retreat or special holiday, but is not suitable for celebrations or parties.
The central entrance stairway opens into a huge open plan room incorporating the living, dining & kitchen areas. These look out to sea on all sides, with sliding doors from each opening onto the gorgeous pool deck with further decks at each end. There is a huge lawn, a gas BBQ, a spa pool and a swimming pool.
The master bedroom sits in prime site to the northern end of the house, with windows on three sides. It has a wardrobe & an ensuite and opens directly onto the pool on one side and the lawn on the other. Downstairs are four further bedrooms, two with sea views, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a deck. Upstairs is a lovely large private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
