Villa La Passe is a recently fully refurbished private holiday villa with pool, 4 double bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom. The villa has two large reception rooms with a new open plan, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops. Both reception rooms open onto a south facing terrace which includes an outside kitchen/dining area with its own clay oven & barbecue. Changeover day is Saturday. The villa has its own private solar heated swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing terraces and is useable from May to September. The swimming pool terrace is now fully gated for extra security for families with young children. There is also a pool alarm. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom has its own private south facing sun terrace and sun loungers. There is also a mezzanine area which can accommodate additional sleeping for two people. All bedrooms have hairdryers supplied for guest use. Villa La Passe is set in one acre of terraced olive grove, close to the beautiful Provencal village of Claviers. The village has three restaurants, a bar, boulangerie and village convenience store. The villa is situated a ten minute walk from the village centre with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Parking for two cars is available on the private gated driveway with additional room outside the property. The property was completely refurbished during 2016. The villa has been tiled throughout with travertine marble floor tiles. All bathrooms have been completely refurbished and re-tiled. Externally, two new sun bathing terraces have been created at the lower and upper pool levels. The property is south facing and is in the sun all day long. However, the outside kitchen terrace provides welcome retreat from the sun with beautiful views overlooking the pool to the south. The outside kitchen has a child safety gate and offers a shaded area for small children during the day. The outside kitchen is fully fitted with sink, granite worktops, fridge, traditional wood fired clay oven and BBQ. There is a large dining table and chairs. The garden terraces are filled with olive and fig trees, and back on to a natural forest. If you have a young child there is a travel cot and high chair available at the villa. The beautiful beaches of the Cote d'Azure are just an hours drive away. There is a cleaning/linen charge of 200 euro payable locally on departure.
