During its rich lifetime it has been at turns a single family home, a boarding house for teachers at the local High School and college, and a vacation property. Recently renovated in the spring and summer of 2018, the home features restored hardwood floors, a full kitchen with all necessary amenities, two completely renovated full bathrooms, five bedrooms and, a dining room, office and living room. The home has been tastefully decorated with a combination of antiques and modern furniture. The home is situated on a beautiful piece of land with rolling fields behind it and an old Dairy Farm (no longer in use as a Dairy) to its side. The home is situated an easy walk from the Main Street of Poultney, VT, which boasts delightful restaurants, shops, and a Library.
