Sitting on over 2.5 acres (and surrounded by more forest) off a quiet street, you’ll feel miles away while still being just minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment. Less than 10 miles to downtown Clarksville and Austin Peay, and an easy 45 minutes to Nashville. Enjoy all the fun activities in the area then come back and enjoy the peace and quiet!
Our two bed/one bath cottage features wood floors throughout and attention to detail. The spacious chef-style kitchen has a large prep island, an extra deep sink, a induction range and convection oven, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining and living room, which features an electric fireplace (with heat!) and a smart TV.
The main bedroom has a comfy queen bed, large closet and dresser, and blackout curtains. The guest bed/office has a daybed with additional pull out and a desk, plus a private deck. Bathroom has a walk in shower, full size washer and dryer, and plenty of storage space.
Grab coffee or wine from the dedicated beverage center and head out to the two decks off the cottage. Or walk down the forest path to the large deck overlooking the year-round creek.
High speed fiber internet is included for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. Cottage is fully furnished and stocked with essentials.
