This recently built standalone chalet is ideally located 1km from the heart of Le Grand Bornand resort and within easy reach of La Clusaz also.
It is very spacious with such features as central heated powered by eco friendly wood pellets which provide heat & hot water throughout the chalet.
Access is via the ground floor where you have a large garage (parking for extra cars outside), a laundry room with washer, the boiler room which can also serve as a drying room for wet cloths. Thanks to the nature of the boiler, there's no risk of foul smells!
Upstairs, you have a double bedroom with an ensuite shower and basin, toilet & the spacious kitchen dining and living room area. The kitchen is very well equiped with all modern appliances. The dining area opens up onto the large balcony from where you can enjoy the surrounding views & where you have a large table and chairs together with a hamac to enjoy the outdoors. The lounge has TV, DVD player, the couch can be turned into a large double bed if required to bring the capacity up to 9 people.
Upstairs, you have a very spacious bathroom, a large double bedroom with ample storage & a balcony. Finally, you have the 3rd bedroom with 2 singles beds but with the another one that can be pulled out & put up alongside the other one turning it into a kingsize double bed if required.
The sheets and towels are provided. The chalet is strictly no smoking.
