The Space:
Caper beach #302 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a perfect beach View. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom, the spare bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom off of the hall, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This rental also offers a full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer, flat screen TV, and dining for 6. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The complex has a lovely communal pool right next to the beach, grills, seating, and a friendly relaxing atmosphere.
This condo is located in the northern middle part of the island. Far enough from the action not to be disturbed, but close enough to have some fun when wanted! Times Square is a 10-15 minute walk away. Here you can find the pier, live music, bars, restaurants, shopping, rentals, and more.
This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period.
