Villa Mimosas is ideally located between the beaches of the Bassin D'Arcachon and those of the Ocean, offering a prime setting for vacations with family or friends on the Cap Ferret peninsula. The large swimming pool and terraces benefit from excellent exposure and are set in the heart of a pine forest.
Villa Mimosas features a spacious living room with open kitchen and large bay windows offering panoramic views of the garden and pool. The Villa offers 6 bedrooms for up to 14 guests. Each room has bay windows giving direct access to the outside terraces, and features top-quality bedding renewed in 2022, as well as practical storage space. There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms.
The terraces offer different spaces: deckchairs, a first dining table for poolside meals near the plancha, another dining table on the upper terrace and an outdoor lounge.
