The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances like a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need for meal preparation. Additionally, the kitchen leads out to the terrace. Completing the main level is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The upper floor offers another bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet. This room also provides access to a balcony.
