A bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate toilet and storage room. This bright apartment features a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with patio furniture. It has the Clévacances 3-key label. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
