Deposit: A deposit check of 500 € (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival at the gîte.
If you wish to do the cleaning yourself, a cash deposit of € 160 will be required on arrival. This sum (160 €) will be returned to you at the exit after verification.
LOCATION:
Located 3 and a half hours from Paris by car and 5 minutes from Granville, opposite the Chausey Islands and at the entrance to the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay, Donville-les-Bains, a classified seaside resort in the South Manche, is renowned for its shore shaped by the sea, which has transformed, over time, cliffs and sandy beach.
A few minutes from the sandy beaches, 45 minutes from Mont-st-Michel, ideally located for exploring the South Manche and the landing beaches, but also the cities of CAEN, Cancale, Dinard, St Malo, an hour's drive away.
You will appreciate the wide variety of its sporting activities and in particular water sports: sea kayaks, sand yachts, windsurfers or even catamarans. In summer, Donville is also popular for fishing by foot, line by the sea or by boat.

La Clef Decamp presents a new quality gite completely renovated. This large house with private courtyard, garden and garage, located on the heights of Donville.
Located on the Côte des Havres, near Granville, it offers an exceptional view of the sea.
The cottage consists of a ground floor and two floors. A garage is on site, as well as a courtyard serving as a parking lot.
- On the ground floor, you will find a cinema room (NETFLIX) as well as a 50m2 games room with different equipment: Bonzini table football, pool table, darts and board games, etc..
- The 1st floor (accessible without climbing steps from the outside) is made up of:
