This newly renovated New England home has been professionally decorated loaded with warmth and all new upscale furnishings, very little has been left out of this home. The estate estate offers manicured grounds, cobblestone driveway and walkway that lead down to a huge 50,000 gallon heated saltwater pool. The pool area has a Fire pit, large gazebo with a patio dining set with seating for 12 with additional benches, there is a full grill set with fridge and counter top, a bath house with a laundry facility, full bath, dressing room and outdoor shower. The large pool deck area is great to get some sun on the chaise lounge chairs or enjoy the cool coastal nights next to the fire pit.
Inside on the first floor the home has a gourmet eat in kitchen that seats 12 people, a large family room with wide screen TV and a gas fireplace, an all season sun-room with wicker patio furniture that has windows and doors that fully open up allowing the ocean breeze from Stonington Harbor to blow through, there is a formal living room with fireplace, a study with desk, printer, fax and copy machine, a formal dining room that seats 10 and a large sunken exercise room with wide screen TV.
The basement offers a large entertainment room, ½ bathroom, with lounge area, full bar with seating, pool table, air hockey, pop a shot and ping pong games along with a wide screen tv.
The upper floor[s] offer a master suite with King bed, two large closets, a fireplace, large master bath with air jetted tub and a custom shower.
The 2nd master has a full bath, walk in closet and views of the pool and yard with glimpses of Stonington Borough and the harbor.
Bonus room offers a 2 queen beds and a bunk bed with a full and twin, this is great room for kids with bean bags a large tv and a full bath.
Two other rooms offer queen beds and share a full bath, one is the 3rd floor Sky Room with a large private deck and patio furniture to enjoy a private night watching the stars and the lights off Stonington harbor.
