This truly oceanfront condo offers a large wrap around balcony with comfortable furniture to enjoy coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at sunset. Our 3rd floor oasis is located in the highly sought after Horizons condominium building. The building boasts optimal security with key entry to all doors and underground parking. The refreshing oceanfront pool has plenty of seating and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from our oceanfront master bedroom with direct access to two balconies. The bedroom is furnished with a memory foam king size mattress, linens and blackout curtains. The coastal decorated master bedroom boasts a full on -suite bath complete with a washer/ dryer combo in unit.
This unit sleeps 8. All comfortable mattresses. No uncomfortable sofa beds in this unit!
Guest Bedroom-1 features two full size beds with memory foam mattresses and linens as well. Guest Bedroom-2 features a full size bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle bed underneath. All bedrooms feature 32 inch hd tvs.
The large living room has direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The sectional sofa offers ample space to spread out and enjoy your favorite show on the 50 inch tv. There is also a Wii gaming system and many board games to enjoy at night or on rainy days to keep the kids occupied. We also offer wifi for all your electronic needs.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, flatware and dinnerware. It boasts everything you need to prepare an exceptional meal for your family.
We supply our guests with all the toys needed for your beach getaway. No need to pack bulky extras. We supply beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler. All linens provided.
The complex offers a beautiful private oceanfront pool and gym. Only 4 units per floor. No big crowds. One assigned underground parking spot. Large upper parking deck for extra cars is first come, first serve. Max. of 2 cars. Contact me if you have more cars for alternative parking.
One hour drive to Disney theme parks and historic St. Augustine. Twenty minute drive to famous Ponce Inlet lighthouse.
Must book Saturday - Saturday during peak seasons.
This is not a hotel or resort. Horizons is individually owned condos. We have a building manager for building related issues. She can not help with issues regarding individual condos. If an issue arises with the condo, you will contact me directly and I will get back to you within a few minutes.

Condominium building rules are located inside the condo door. Repeated rule infractions, security violations (including jumping or climbing over fences), vandalism, or conduct interfering with other residents can result in the termination of the rental and removal from the condominium property. Please adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am. There are many full time residents in the building that call it home. Please be respectful of their home. Any calls requiring police intervention will result in eviction.
Our cleaning crew is takes extra steps to disinfect the unit after every stay. We have a no contact check in and check our process.
SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION: Your safety matters. There are several security cameras located throughout all common areas in the building including the garage, elevators and all hallways. They do not look into the interior of the condo.
We highly suggest travel insurance. You can find top rated very affordable plans on travelinsurance.com. As this is a business, we adhere to our cancellation policy.
There will be a $100 charge per set of keys or the garage door opener are not left on departure.
