Located in lovely suburban community along the Delaware River across from the Philadelphia Airport in South Jersey. Spacious for a family of 8 or less with a full kitchen, family room, living room, dining area and sunroom. Must be 25 yrs. to book , show ID and be present at check in.
The space
Perfect for families attending weddings, family reunions and graduations in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area. Backyard space with landscape lighting, koi pond, basketball hoop on concrete pad, patio with table and grill, deck, and professionally landscaped for enjoyment in the nice weather. The Sunroom has a full view of the area as well with plants and a piano to enjoy. Note: Must be 25 years or older to book and show ID upon self- check in if requested by host. Person booking reservation must be present. Owners on site (duplex style) Completely separate from guests.
Guests occupy two thirds of the house privately as shown in the pictures.
