Between steep cliffs and hills, the Blavet valley is a veritable haven of greenery, endowed with a remarkable environmental richness. The towpath which borders the Blavet river is accessible on foot, by bike or on horseback. Two nautical bases, in Saint Nicolas des Eaux and Pont-Augan (in the town) will introduce you to the pleasures of water (canoeing, pedal boating, etc.). For family moments, in Pluméliau-Bieuzy take advantage of the Balade du Père Nicolas park offering a hundred outdoor activities, let yourself be tempted by a game of paintball or embark on a go-kart track! For trout fishing, the river Tarun is close to the cottage. If you wish to take advantage of the facilities of the Kerabellec estate, you will appreciate the large 10 x 5 m swimming pool (depth 1.50 m) under a sliding cover, as well as the children's play area. You will relax on the deckchairs by the pool or on the garden furniture in the garden.
The cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room with lounge and living room, an equipped kitchen.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 3 90x190 beds), a bathroom (bath and shower) with toilet. Reverse air conditioning.

The estate hosts 3 other gîtes and the owners' house with in common: the swimming pool, the garden, the outdoor games, the parking lot and the laundry room. The swimming pool is accessible from May to the end of September and from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
