Located in the heart of a wooded and bucolic valley in the Pluvignoise countryside, this haven of peace offers an invitation to serenity and a change of scenery, far from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. With over 4 hectares of meadows and woods, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy invigorating walks, peaceful fishing sessions and a riverside garden, perfect for relaxing in the deckchairs, swimming in the pool, enjoying alfresco meals or listening to the gentle murmur of the water. This rental benefits from an ideal location for exploring tourist sites. Just 20 minutes away are Auray and the picturesque port of Saint Goustan, while a 30-minute drive lies Vannes or Lorient, both cities of Art and History. About thirty kilometers away, visitors can enjoy stretches of long sandy beaches.
This accommodation located on the ground floor of the mill is made up of two half-levels.
At the 1st half-level:

- A bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks.
With a capacity of 4 people (For those wishing a greater number of beds, the possibility of renting a second gîte, referenced 56G17758 or 56G17759, is possible depending on availability).
As for the outdoor facilities, they include a swimming pool shared by the three gîtes, measuring 10*3, heated from May 1 to September 30, a playground where children can play on the trampoline, slide, and swing, as well as a pétanque court.
A room with washing machine and dryer is available at the back of the mill, and is common to the three gîtes.
