The wooded path that leads to the property was used very early by American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944. Utah Beach is located just a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a town in the Cotentin Marshes Regional Park.
The Estate is made up of 4 cottages, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm and also stables. The Restaurant "Chez Arsène" offers you every evening dishes made with fresh and local products as well as beef raised and produced on our zero carbon farm, the "Utah Beef".
