The Cocoonr agency offers you this ideal flat in Nantes, opposite the Cité des Congrès, to put down your bags for the duration of a stay in Nantes. Our accommodation is eligible for the mobility lease for your business trip or training. Located on the 4ᵉ floor (with lift), with a surface area of 41 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a fitted kitchen, a lounge, a shower room, a bedroom and a separate WC. Private parking space, 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

Area and activities :
- Close to the city centre (15 minutes' walk) and the Cité des Congrès (5 minutes' walk)
- walks along the Loire or the Canal St-Félix
- A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural centre turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory.
- Less than 10 minutes' walk away is the renowned Château des Ducs de Bretagne

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Nantes train station, about 9 minutes' walk (650 m)
- Nearest airport: Nantes airport, about 19 minutes by car (14.1 km)
- The busway is 5 minutes away, as are tram lines 2 and 3 (Hôtel-Dieu and Aimé Delrue stops).
- The C5 bus, 'Lieu Unique' stop, is 2 minutes away and takes you directly to the station.
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around 20 minutes.
Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival.
- This flat is equipped with wifi connection.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. In order to comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
