Special Note(s):
1) THE BELMONT COMMUNITY REQUIRES A 4 WEEK MINIMUM STAY. This home cannot be booked for stays less than 28 nights. The Belmont association also requires a background check. Once a reservation is made with Martha Murray Vacation Rentals, the Association Manager from The Belmont will reach out to collect information pertaining to your background check.
2) Communal swimming pool is open from Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend (weather permitting)
3) Please know this unit does not have an outside shower
