Our beautiful Pemaquid Harbor Road home is for relaxing and entertaining with an open floor plan on the main level and private decks. The large yard is ready for family games and there's a tennis court a short walk up the side road. Portland, Maine is a 1hr 10 min drive. This area has many local attractions: Pemaquid Lighthouse, a white sandy beach, antique stores, art galleries, great restaurants, ice cream, farmers markets, nature trails and boat tours.
We supply all necessary linens and towels. Walk or bike a 1/4 mile down the road to the Pemaquid Seafood Restaurant for a fresh lobster meal overlooking the scenic harbor. Drive 5 miles to Pemaquid beach, Wawenock public golf course, or the local grocery store in New Harbor. The charming and larger town of Damariscotta is only a ten-minute drive.
Get a relaxing night's sleep and wake up with a stack of fresh Maine blueberry pancakes on the griddle, a freshly brewed cup of coffee, surrounded by family and friends. Plan the day's adventures starting with a round of tennis, and then off for a day at the beach, followed by a nap in our hammock and finally, some well-deserved drinks and appetizers on the front deck. Top off your day with a lobster dinner with all the fixings!!! Finally a round of cards or charades and off to a cozy bed with your favorite book.
